Oh do we love Adelaide Hills shiraz! Medium-bodied, easy to drink, savoury, perfect with an array of foods. This one’s got all the magic touches - single vineyard, basket pressed, time in French oak. The fruit expresses itself as blackberry, plum and cherry and there’s a lovely spicy hit on the inish derived from the barrel ageing. So interesting and so very easy to drink.
