WINERY INFORMATION Established as a vineyard in 1840 Sandalford Wines represents a 177-year-old winemaking legacy started by British ex-service officer John Septimus Roe The company at present is owned and managed by Garry Peter and Debra Prendiville The Winemakers range offers a unique collecion of balanced and fruit driven wines crafted using premium grapes sourced from the estate owned 50-year-old vines nbsp TASTING NOTES Sandalford Winemakers Classic White is a beautiful fusion of 23 Semillon 12 Verdelho and 5 Chardonnay grapes with 60 Sauvignon Blanc grapes The resulting blend shows a pale lemon colour with lime tinges The aromatic nose is perfumed with floral and musk aromas A sip of the wine offers tropical flavours of pineapple guava lychee candied lemon and lime These pleasing scents and flavours fuse together culminating the wine in a refreshing lemony finish Crafted to be relished immediately upon release this delicious white wine tastes excellent served chilled with a variety of seafood dishes nbsp nbsp
