Most rum is made from molasses. In the French West Indies rum is made by fermenting then distilling pure sugar cane juice. This Rum is a result of blends from Jamaica Trinidad Barbados Guyana Guadeloupe and Martinique. What makes it unique is that its made from 100% sugar cane juice a rarity or non French rums then matured in oak cask for 3 years. Vanilla aromas fruity notes oak and a touch of caramelized banana on the finish. A true Caribbean Blend made in the French manner.
