In the old days drovers would drive their stock through the long paddock extending from one end of this country to the other, and leaving them with a thirst that could kill a horse - if only they'd had a glass of Long Paddock Pinot Gris to soothe their fire. Made predominantly from King Valley frut, this vibrant wine, made from a native Italian grape, shows some exotic spiced pears and stone fruits with citrus complexity. The palate is succulent and textured with sweet fruit and lip-smacking acidity. A perfect wine for sharing with mates that is highly approachable and food-friendly. Vino bellissimo!
