WINERY INFORMATION Oakridge Wines Pty Ltd is a family-owned and operated wine company located at 864 Maroondah Highway in Coldstream Since its foundation in 1978 the company has been growing grapes in the upper Yarra Valley region The overall functioning of the company is carried out under the eadership of Director Tony D rsquo Aloisio and the winemaking team is headed by Chief Winemaker David Bicknell TASTING NOTES LVS Chardonnay shows a pale straw colour with green hues throughout This delightful Chardonnay exhibits attractive aromas and intense flavours of white stone fruit grapefruit grilled citrus peach skin and yeast in addition to burnt match hints as well as subtle flinty and floral undertones Supported and balanced by a layer of preserved lemon acidity on the dense and textured palate the wine ends in a long tangy and captivating finish Suggested food pairings for this exquisite white wine include Spring chicken oysters and citrus stew nbsp
