Australian oaked, the palate is the perfect balance of nut and spice combined with the generous fruit flavours of white peach, grapefruit and melon.Pale straw with green hues. Grilled citrus, yeast, white fleshed stone fruit, peac skin, flecks of flint, hints of florals and burnt match complexity. The palate has depth, weight and texture.
