WINERY INFORMATION Located in the heart of Coal River Valley Southern Tasmania Nocton Vineyard is a reputed wine estate planted in 1999 The wine brand offers a world class range of intensely flavoured and textured wines crafted using premium fruit parcels sourced from the estate rsquo s 34ha vieyard The Estate wine range represents unique flavours and characters of the estate rsquo s vineyards TASTING NOTES The grapes used to create Nocton Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc were harvested and cool fermented This led to the creation of a straw coloured wine exuding white peach aromas from its perfumed nose A sip of the wine reveals flavours of fruit salads These beautiful characters are balanced by pebbly minerality offering a firm structure to the wine The finish is strong and intense marked by nectarine and grassy notes This tempting Sauv Blanc tastes amazing with Thai chicken salad smoked salmon and feta cheese nbsp
