WINERY INFORMATION Located on Brash Road in Yallingup WA Brash Vineyard is a reputed vineyard producing premium Chardonnay Shiraz Malbec Sauvignon Blanc and Cabernet grapes Surrounded by tall marri and jarrah trees the vineyard covers a total of 18 hectares of vines It was first planted in he year 2000 and is presently managed by Anne and Chris Carter nbsp TASTING NOTES This pale straw-hued Sauvignon Blanc flaunts a bright green rim and exudes scintillating aromas of lychee white pear and jasmine flower from its attractive bouquet These fragrances seamlessly move on to the juicy palate containing lemon zest and creamy French oak notes Supported by stone fruit acidity and subtle minerality these aromas and flavours eventually lead the wine to a crisp and lingering finish Crafted to be relished fresh upon release Single Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc can be cellared for up to five years to develop intense flavour profile Drink this tempting Sauv Blanc with asparagus quiche truffle risotto and goat cheese nbsp nbsp
