The Eden Valley's cool climate allows for a long, slow ripening period, resulting in wines with deep flavours and the perfect balance of rich fruit, acid and tannins. This intense Shiraz is a great example of the regional style, with dark, juicy fruit edged by spicy black pepper characters. It's gret partner to a good piece of fillet steak, served with a red wine and pepper sauce.
