VINEYARD Mt Jagged Vineyard was first established and planted in 1989 on the site of an old dairy with the cellar door being the converted old milking shed nbsp In 2016 Tod and Suzanne Warmer acquired Mt Jagged Wines after a major lifestyle sea change With their hands on approach they can be foud at the cellar door or in the vineyard providing visitors with their personal insights to vineyard life and where their wines come from WINEMAKING The Top Block Semillon is grown on the highest level at Mt Jagged vineyards at 320 meters above sea level The low yielding vines and cool climate allows the fruit to ripen slowly and develop an abundance of intense and complex characters TASTING NOTES Aroma This is an elegant wine of light straw colour displaying heady blossom lime and thyme aromas Palate The palate has a long and integrated mouth filling soft creamy richness Cellaring Great drinking now to 2020
