WINERY INFORMATION Moppity Wines offers an award-winning range of highly balanced and full flavoured wines Based on a 170-acre vineyard the company is presently owned and operated by Alecia and Jason Brown They purchased the vineyard in 2004 after searching for an ideal site to fulfil their drem of producing world class wines The company is located on Moppity Road in Young New South Wales nbsp TASTING NOTES The fruit parcels used to create this stunning Botrytis Semillon were handpicked and cold soaked The juice was racked and then treated with yeast prior to fermentation in French Troncais and Allier oak A swirl of the glass offers wonderful aromas of dried apricot citrus marmalade spices floral toffee and cr egrave me brulee The luscious palate is packed with marmalade mandarin and citrus flavours These flavours and fragrances culminate the wine in a sweet fresh and zesty finale Moppity Estate Botrytis Semillon goes well with sticky orange marmalade cake or Blue cheese nbsp
