WINERY INFORMATION The ripening period for the 2014 season was certainly not without challenge the extremely dry and windy conditions experienced through spring were softened by the heavy winter rainfalls experienced leading up to that period A heatwave experienced during January was immediately fllowed by a deluge in early February The cool weather that followed these rains helped to slow the ripening process The final result is the wines are exceeding initial expectation with great flavour and colour TASTING NOTES 100 Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc The wine has lifted aromas of tropical fruits On the palate citrus guava and a racy acidity make this an outstanding alfresco wine
