The Vasarellis only planted Pinot Grigio for the first time in their Currency Creek vineyards in 2006, with the first bottling released in 2010. This, their third release, is on the dryer side of the spectrum, and shows pure varietal fruit characters of apple, pear and hint of peach. Good balance an a clean, long finish rounds out the wine.
