WINERY INFORMATION Implying a lsquo good view rsquo Weemala is the name of Logan Wines rsquo vineyard located in the Central Ranges NSW The local Mudgee birds depicted on the label can testify that it does have a good view indeed It was in 1997 that Late Mal Logan laid the foundation of the ompany with his son Peter Peter rsquo s wife - Hannah now operates Logan Wines as its General Manager Peter is incharge of the winemaking operations Visitors are welcome at the award-winning tasting room in Mudgee to sample the brand rsquo s fruit-driven wines TASTING NOTES Showing a white gold colour this aromatic Weemala Gew uuml rztraminer exudes blissful fragrances of lavender red apple guava and Turkish delight from its pleasing bouquet This nose smoothly moves to a textured palate offering pear lychee ginger rose water and woody spice flavours The spicy ginger characters also dominate the clean finish Suggested food pairings for this dry white wine are Camembert cheese Indian chicken curry and Peking duck
