WINERY INFORMATION Located on Hall Street in McLaren Vale Lino Ramble produces an outstanding range of flavoursome and sophisticated wines The winemaking team works with the objective to express distinct and textural characteristics of the premium fruits used to craft these wines The estate was ounded by accomplished winemaker Andy Coppard in partnership with Angela Townsend nbsp Andy has also been an important member of the McLaren Vale Grape Wine and Tourisms Sustainable Winegrowing Program TASTING NOTES Lino Ramble Tom Bowler Nero d Avola displays a dark ruby red colour The luxurious bouquet exhibits lush aromas of Morello cherry beetroot and nuts which integrate with the dense and juicy palate containing flavours of roasted root vegetables rhubarb white pepper and dried lavender Balanced and supported by dusty tannins these vibrant characters end the wine in a lovely long and delicious finish This delightful Nero d Avola tastes wonderful with Little Acres Duck Terrine on toast
