WINERY INFORMATION Konrad Wines produces a premium range of handcrafted and flavoursome wines sourcing fruit from their two vineyards in the Wairau and Waihopai Valleys of Marlborough The Hengstler family owners of the company planted their first vines in 1996 The estate is managed by Konrad ad Sigrun Hengstler with the help and support of their sons - Conrad and Carlo nbsp TASTING NOTES Konrad Bunch Selection Riesling displays a pale straw colour with deep green tints The aromatic nose exhibits clean scents of citrus blossom red apple lime and delicate white flowers in addition to light mineral undertones These fragrances are replicated on the fresh and juicy palate containing pure Riesling fruit characters balanced by a refreshing acid line The aromas and flavours fuse together to offer a delightful mouthfeel culminating in a satisfying finish This delicious white wine can be relished while young or can also be cellared for a decade to enhance its grand fruit flavours It tastes amazing with spicy seafood and Asian cuisine
