WINERY INFORMATION Situated within the South Burnett region of Queensland near Kingaroy Kingsley Grove is a winery spread across a 10-hectare piece of land known for red and white sparkling sweet dry and fortified wines It was founded by Michael and Patricia Berry in 1998 as a family-owned winecompany and is currently being managed by their son Simon TASTING NOTES Crafted from a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio plantings this sparkling wine displays clear yellow-green hues and contains about 11 1 of alcohol The perfumed nose exhibits gentle floral aromas This white sparkling wine is dry and elegant on the palate with apple and citrus notes balanced by a crisp acidity culminating into a soft and creamy finish This sparkling wine is crafted for consumption on release and pairs best with French Vanilla Fudge and Cheese Stuart River Triple Cream Brie
