Drawing from the pure waters in the nearby Fushimi region (famed for its Sake production), Kyoto Distillery usescarefully selected local ingredients as well as Juniper, to craft their stunning Gin - a classic London dry style, with a distinctive Japanese feel to it. Ki No Bi Kyoto Dry Gin is created with Japanese botanicals such as yellow yuzu from the north of Kyoto Prefecture, hinoki wood chips (Japanese cypress), bamboo, gyokuro tea from the Uji region and green sansho (Japanese peppercorn) berries.
