Made from our Estate Riesling vines planted in 1973, the fruit-bearing canes were cut when the flavours in the grapes were at their optimum. The bunches were then left out hanging on the vines to dehydrate for about 3 weeks, thus concentrating the sugar (17.0 Be°), acid and flavour.<p>
