He's developed the fledging Clare Valley vineyard that his father purchased in the early nineties into a winery that is highly regarded in both Australian and around the wrld. This elegant Cabernet is no shrinking violet. Made from perfectly ripe Clare Valley Cab Sav grapes, it offers bags of flavour with cassis fruit, black olive, and a leafiness balanced with the perfect amount of tannins.
