TASTING NOTES This Semillon beams with bright and powerful kafir lime amp hay aromas with exotic notes of tropical guava and green melon Also exhibiting some nuttiness from fermentation and maturation in old oak barrels Powerhouse of a palate the flavours are dominated by ripe juicy gooseberryand citrus blossom with the subtle white peach texture from start to finish married together with a delicate lemon zest acid This a bold Semillon with loads of character and a good representation of the 2013 vintage Pure and radiant already it will develop into a plush complex wine with time
