WINERY INFORMATION In the year 1890 Amos William Howard found subterranean clover flourishing in a scenic valley located in the Adelaide Hills region The estate rsquo s premium red vineyard and cellar door are located at this original site in Nairne This family owned winery produces light and eegant cool climate wines which reflect the terroir of the estate owned vineyards TASTING NOTES nbsp Howard Vineyard Sparkling Brut was produced by blending 55 Pinot Noir grapes with 45 Chardonnay grapes This fruit was sourced from the renowned Adelaide Hills wine region The drink presents a pale straw colour brought to life by a persistent and fine bead Floral aromas of rose petals and bright violets form the perfumed bouquet These violet characters replicate on the lush palate which also provides luxurious flavours of cherries and strawberries All the elements work together to lead to a dry and long finish marked by notes of citrus and crisp apple Suggested food pairings with this fresh and youthful sparkling wine are triple cream cheeses white fish dishes or shrimp with champagne butter sauce
