WINERY INFORMATION Howard Vineyard rsquo s winemaking team uses fruits sourced from their lush vineyards at Nairne and Schoenthal to craft wines with great finesse and elegance Amos Clover and Picnic are premium wine ranges produced using excellent quality grapes from these vineyards As Executiv Winemaker Tom Northcott supervises all of the vineyard and winemaking operations to ensure the production of supreme quality wines nbsp TASTING NOTES The grapes for producing Clover Pinot Gris were harvested from Block K at Schoenthal This enticing Pinot Gris presents a pale straw colour lined by deep green hues The attractive bouquet flaunts intense aromas of spring flowers Nashi pears and Granny Smith apples coupled with light hints of white pepper These characters are replicated on the juicy palate which is balanced by fine minerality to culminate in a refreshing finale This delightful white wine tastes marvellous served chilled with pork fresh seafood and light salads nbsp
