WINERY INFORMATION Heritage Wines is a family owned business established in 1984 Located in Marananga Barossa Valley Heritage Wines is run by Steve Hoff and his wife Christine Steve is a reputed winemaker known to produce startlingly good wines in Barossa Valley With minimal irrigation and had pruning the team at Heritage Wines is able to achieve concentrated varietal flavours in their wines TASTING NOTES Pale straw in colour Heritage Semillon was crafted with 10 of the fruit fermented in American oak barrels The bottle features a stelvin closure which seals in the freshness amp aromatics of this amazing white wine without the risk of cork taint A small sniff of the wine reveals citrus and lime characters with just a hint of oak The soothing palate displays fresh lemony Semillon flavours ending in a dry finish This white wine is an ideal accompaniment to veal fish and chicken
