WINERY INFORMATION Capella Vineyard is planted on grey clay loam soils near Bittern a small hamlet on the shores of Western Port on the Mornington Peninsula It is a small premium site with a total of 6 hectares under vine 1 8 of Chardonnay and 4 2 of Pinot Noir TASTING NOTES This wine has wnderful complexity on the nose with aromas of flowers ripe melon and guava and generous barrel ferment character It is a full-bodied Chardonnay with citrus fruits on the palate some lanolin and well-integrated oak Try with barbecued Tasmanian salmon with dukkah
