Mandarin floweres and peach skin on the nose. There is a really nice concentration and texture on the palate. A little wild herb note gives a balnced astringency but the wine is mostly showing soft melon and tangerine freshness. A really nice mineral note caps it off with a clean refreshing acidity.You can see why this is one of Australia's best Rieslings. Gundog Estate is a boutique producer of premium Semillon and Shiraz.
