WINERY INFORMATION Grant Burge Wines was established in the year 1988 by Grant Burge and his wife Helen in Barossa Valley Grant a fifth generation vigneron believes that great wines are born in vineyards which are the cradle of wine quality Combining excellent terroirs pleasant climatic condtions and time honoured winemaking techniques the team at Grant Burge crafts fruit forward and elegantly styled wines TASTING NOTES Grant Burge gb 32 Chardonnay is an expression of the true character of South Australia rsquo s renowned wine regions The small berries were harvested when perfectly ripened resulting in a fresh and flavourful wine with great acid balance In a wine glass the drink shows a pretty lemon green colour The fruity bouquet exudes aromas of tropical fruits and sweet notes of honey The creamy palate reveals peach and citrus flavours followed by a refreshing finale This white wine is ready to be enjoyed young Pair it with poultry preparations like a chicken salad or serve it on its own
