WINERY INFORMATION With the first vintages introduced in 1995 Grampians Estate is known for its award winning Shiraz Sparkling Shiraz Chardonnay and Riesling wines The 3 2 hectare Grampians Estate vineyard belongs to Tom and Sarah Guthrie The company rsquo s cellar door is located on the Westen Highway in the Great Western region of Victoria TASTING NOTES Grampians Estate Topaque NV shows a light amber colour in a glass Made using Muscadelle grapes from Rutherglen the wine s lovely bouquet emanates aromas of fresh candied orange The palate is young and stylish with fresh Muscatel raisin sweetness providing a smooth mouthfeel This magnificent fortified wine was earlier known as Tokay Enjoy this caramelized and sticky dessert wine with cakes and cream
