Dopff Au Moulin Cuvée Julien can trace its origins as far back as 1900 when Julien Dopff trained in Champagne and then returned to his homeland of Alsace to create the regions best example of Alsacian sparkling wine. The result is a 50% blend of Pinot Blanc ad Auxerrios from around the areas of Riquewihr and Hardt of Colmar. Dry in style with a fine bead and long mouthfilling flavour of baked apple and pear. An excellent aperitif style.
