A truly unique 100% organic cognac made from organically grown Ugni Blanc and Folle Blanche grapes from Petite Champagne Fin Bois and Bon Bois regions. Aged in French limousin oak barrels the colour takes on a golden amber appearance. The nose is mild and exhibits notes of honey apricot spices and white pepper. The palate is soft with flavours of honey almond stone fruit spices and nutty oak. The finish is clean and spicy.
