A truly unique 100% organic cognac which has been created by years of family crafting using small pot stills and low scale production. The VSOP is made from organically grown Ugni Blanc and Folle Blanche grapes from Petite Champagne Fin Bois and Bon Bois regions. Aged in French limousine oak barres the colour takes on a golden dark amber appearance. The nose is rich spicy with hints of walnuts. The palate is very soft with elements of dried fruits and chocolate.
