WINERY INFORMATION d rsquo Arenberg offers an award winning range of distinctive and elegantly styled wines These exciting wines are crafted at the family owned winery managed by Francis and Chester Osborn The winery was established in 1927 by second generation winemaker Frank Osborn Named afte the tiny Money Spiders which covered the first crop of Roussanne grapes the first vintage of this wine was released in 2001 nbsp TASTING NOTES The fruit used to manufacture this beautiful Roussanne was harvested to full ripeness crushed and transferred to stainless steel basket presses Fermentation was carried out in stainless steel tanks and the free run juice was collected to create the final blend This resulted in the creation of a straw yellow hued wine showcasing a beautiful green rim The fragrant nose exudes pineapple citrus and honeydew melon aromas The exotic and textured palate packs flavours of papaya mango and green melon coupled with tangy acidity These vibrant characters fuse together to culminate in a long and spicy finale Enjoy this wonderful Roussanne with foods like sweet and sour shrimp or Thai Mango rolls served with tamarind dipping sauce nbsp
