WINERY INFORMATION Cumulus Estate Wines produces an internationally acclaimed range of fruit-driven and beautifully balanced cool climate wines The company is regarded as the largest producer as well as a leading marketer of premium quality Australian wines The Cumulus vineyard was established inthe year 1995 along the slopes of the Orange and Central Ranges wine regions in NSW TASTING NOTES Block 50 Sauvignon Blanc Semillon is obtained by the fusion of 80 Sauvignon Blanc grapes with 20 Semillon grapes It is a pale straw coloured wine displaying green highlights along the edges The scintillating nose exudes rich aromas of passionfruit melon and citrus These fragrances combine with ripe tropical fruit flavours and bright acidity to culminate in a crisp lengthy and refreshing finale This exquisite white blend can be enjoyed upon release when fresh and lively It tastes marvellous with pastas served with spring vegetables like asparagus and peas nbsp nbsp nbsp nbsp
