From the WA comes this medium-bodied red blend that has a lot of love to give over the next decade or so. Ripe blackcurrants, choc-mint, crushed leaves and violet florals lift out of the glass to tempt the senses, whilst the palate is compact and brooding, with a tight ball of dark fruits at its cenre, fine chalky tannins, taut acidity and a long fruity finish that promises plenty in the future. Drink tonight with some rare roast beef, or cellar for a year or five! Red - Cabernet Sauvignon and Blends - Cabernet Merlot Franc
