WINERY INFORMATION Cannibal Creek Vineyard is a family owned and managed wine estate producing an exciting range of award-winning cool climate wines These handcrafted wines reflect the marvellous characteristics of the vineyard site as well as the winemaking style used The estate covers nearly 5hectares of vines planted 20 years ago by Pat Hardiker and his wife Kirsten nbsp TASTING NOTES Cannibal Creek Sauvignon Blanc features a pale straw colour with a green haze The perfumed nose exudes flinty scents of lime and passionfruit The dense palate contains lime and lemon flavours supported by mineral notes These wonderful aromas and flavours combine to end the wine in a tempting finish This delicious Sauv Blanc tastes amazing with poached chicken smoked salmon and herbed risotto nbsp
