TASTING NOTES The colour is in bright ruby red Fragrant nose of lifted Plum cherry and lifted blueberries with underlying hints of freshly crushed herbs and sweet vanillin spice from the integrated oak In the mouth this wine is vibrant with upfront plum and cherry fruit pleasing fruit richnes through the mid-palate and fresh acidity The wine comes together on the finish with fine gravelly tannin and warming spicy oak Aromatic medium bodied and brimming with fresh plumy fruits our Limited Release Tempranillo has plenty of drink me now appeal and will continue to soften and integrate over the coming 4-5 years A versatile food wine try pairing with wood-fired pizza Japanese style tataki beef or a plate of Spanish inspired tapas
