Brookland Valley has one of the earliest chardonnay harvests in all of Margaret River. They meticulously check the grapes and pick when they are just ripe, avoiding any late season heat that can lead to flabby wines. The flavour is still all there, but it lives within a structure and purity that canbe lost with overripe grapes.
