This Cuban rum was produced at the Sancti Spiritus Distillery based in the city of the same name in central Cuba. Molasses based and distilled in a column still it was then stored in oak barrels for maturation. Shipped and bottled in the UK it offers a stylish example of classic Cuban rum. Pale gol in colour with a herbal and fruity nose which leads to a spicy and well-defined palate and a medium length finish. Ideal for classic cocktails or enjoying with your favourite mixer.
