Botanica Mary Delany Collection Chardonnay

This wine has something of a cult following, and we’re not just talking about the ‘fo. Itâ€â¢â‚¬Å¾Ã‚¢s the top top top draw chardonnay from the amazing South African producer Botanica. It’s a masterpiece of winemaking, with perfectly-judged brushstrokes of interest applied to lovely fruit. It was matured in 400L barrels for nine months. This gives a gorgeous richness of texture to the bright palate of green apple, pear and minerality, backed by just a hint of brioche. It really is some of the most beautiful wines we sell from anywhere in the world!
