TASTING NOTES Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon fruit have been blended to create this bright fruity wine with very lifted aromas of gooseberry fruit sherbert melon Pineapple and some freshly cut grass A crisp zesty wine which is perfectly balanced with capsicum and tropical notes It has a lingerng clean fresh finish This wine is a perfect summer drink on it rsquo s on or perhaps with a bowl of fresh fruit to complement its tropical notes Try it with BBQ prawns with a mango salad
