TASTING NOTES Black Brim Bridge Cabernet Merlot is a blend of elegant Cabernet Sauvignon grapes with soft and gentle Merlot grapes all sourced from select vineyards in the Wilyabrup and Jindong sub-regions of Margaret River The resulting wine displays a bright crimson and purple hue throughout th glass This magnificent Cab Merlot offers juicy aromas and flavours of blueberries red currants and blackcurrants coupled with smooth and light tannins to provide a soft texture to the mid-palate and lead to a lingering climax This delightful red wine is crafted to relish when young either on its own or with Chicken Cacciatore and European cuisines
