Distilled in Canada and aged in both the US and Canada, two groups of 16 year old Rye whisky were split depending on their flavour profile, between Apricot Brandy casks, and Martinique rhum barrels. Finally, a blend of the two groups found its harmony in Malmsey Madeira barrels. These three spirits ere then blended together to create one of the most complex Rye whiskies currently available.
