Made with a mash bill containing rye, pale malt, winter wheat and chocolate roasted malt, all the grains used are completely Aussie, with the malt and wheat tempering the powerful rye spices. This dram has been matured inAmerican oak, former Australian red wine casks, imparting flavours of juicy fruits.
