This is a very fruit-driven style of bubbles, made in the traditional method (bottle-fermented and brut, or dry). While technically dry, it packs so much fruit flavour (orange peel, stonefruits, strawberry, lemon zest) that it walks the line, with some toasty brioche character, persistent bead and god acid backbone bringing balance to the party.
