Bright mid to dark cherry red with a clear rim showing an attractive youthfulness; immediate fresh dark cherry to plum characters with crushed herbal overtones of thyme rosemary and exotic bunchy spices. Aromas follow on from the palate building to a tightly wound core of bright dark-red berry rd cherry -like fruit; their ripeness and generosity present although not in an obvious here I am manner. Palate builds around the core driving the fruit to a well-balanced finished.
