Sourced from a single vineyard just outside the small township of Charleston in the cool climate region of Adelaide Hills. The grapes were hand picked an then pressed in the cool of the morning in a small membrance press, with the juice then transferred to seasoned French oak for 6 months fermentatin. The wine was then racked clean from barrel and stabilised before bottling on our family estate. Pale yellow in colour with olive hues. Aromas of honeydew, nectarine, citrus and smoky French oak. T
