WINERY INFORMATION Amadio Wines represents three generations of family winemaking legacy started by Giovanni Amadio in 1936 Third generation winemaker Danniel Amadio personally selects premium fruit parcels from his family vineyards at Kersbrook Adelaide Hills to craft an exceptional range of awrd winning wines TASTING NOTES Amadio Biljana Sparkling flaunts a pale gold colour with delicate bubbles stemming from the glass The lively bouquet exhibits zesty tropical fruit aromas with hints of ripe peach and fresh citrus These perfumed characters give way to a crisp and clean palate containing layers of fruit flavours and soft moussey bubbles The aromas and flavours fuse together to culminate the wine in an invigorating and lingering finish This sparkling wine can be enjoyed immediately upon release or after a few years of cellaring Suggested food pairings for this spectacular wine include stuffed mushrooms smoked salmon and Mascarpone cheese
