WINERY INFORMATION Alkimi Wines is a reputed wine brand established by Stuart Dudine with the aim to produce premium wines using selected fruit parcels which can be harvested anytime irrespective of the season or terroir of the vineyard The name of the brand was derived from the phonetic spellin of the word alchemy The artwork on the wine label was created by renowned artist Christopher Shelton nbsp TASTING NOTES The Good Earth Marsanne presents a lovely golden colour A whiff of the wine presents mesmerising aromas of grapefruit lime beeswax and almond brittle along with floral notes of white lily and star jasmine The palate is creamy and flinty brimming with juicy flavours of lime grapefruit and green pear coupled with honey marzipan and butterscotch undertones The finish is long and lingering Made for consumption upon release It is a great food accompaniment to gremolata grilled flathead and crispy duck fat potatoes nbsp
