Tropical fruit aroma's, most notably passionfruit, pineapple and paw-paw, along with fresh citrus nuances of grapefruit and lemon are all indicative of the richness of this wine. Elegantly structured palate bursting with fresh flavours of citrus and passionfruit whilst still retaining the classic slate like minerality that is particular to the Waipara region.
