Handpicked from vines that were ot only farmed organically but biodynamically too, this utterly decadent McLaren Vale Shiraz has a depth of flavour that is almost limitless - it goes on and on (and on). Matured for more than 12 months in barrel and bottled unfined and unfiltered, it has classic South Aussie Shiraz written all over it, with that delicious chocolatey richness that Mike packs into each of his wines.
